I've been having issues with the Facebook review tab as I can't find it anywhere on my page. When I turn the tab on, it doesn't show on the page
Hi, me and my customers can't see a review tab lately on my business page, it has affected my business a lot as my customers can't leave their positive reviews on there. Any advice to solve this?

A direct link to my Facebook review page doesn't load it on mobile (it simply opens the fb app)
If I send a link to https://www.facebook.com/[COMPANYNAME]/reviews , it works perfectly for people on desktop, but not at all for those on mobile, it just opens the Facebook app and they're not redirected to my specific review page.
Any idea on how to send mobile users directly to the specific page? I want to be able to send the link by email.
Facebook has replaced reviews with recommendations ( https://starfish.reviews/what-facebooks-switch-from-reviews-to-recommendations-means-for-your-business/ )
I also have not (yet) found a way to leave a recommendation on a mobile browser. I believe it's not possible.
Not an answer, but a clue: we have the same problem, and some of our competitors have the same problem, but for some pages (e.g. https://www.facebook.com/Perfume-24h-105571215696977/reviews ), the link lands on the review page... but I can't leave a review on mobile....
I tried changing the name of the page, but I'm still not able to land on the review page.
I would recommend replacing Facebook review links with Google review links, or the like.

If you don’t have it, go to the About tab on the top left-hand side of your page and click on Edit Page Info. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add a Tab. Then, select Reviews from the list of available tabs.
Now that you have the Reviews Tab, it’s time to create your Facebook review link.
How to create a Facebook review link
The biggest issue with sharing the default Facebook review link is that users need to be logged in to access it. If users click on the link without logging in first, they will be redirected to another page. This can be incredibly confusing and frustrating.
To bypass this issue, you need to modify the review link. Follow these simple steps to see how.
Step 1: Start with the URL for the Facebook login page. This will ensure that the customers are prompted to log in first before jumping to the review page.
You will start with the following URL: https://www.facebook.com/login/
Step 2: We need to ensure that once the customers log in, they are redirected to your review page instead of their Facebook feed. To do this, we need to add the “next” command in the login page URL.
The URL should look like this: https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=
Step 3: We need to add the link for the review page after the “next” command. This will instruct Facebook that the customer should be taken to your review page.
Keep in mind that copying the URL of your Facebook business page after the abovementioned URL will not work. Instead, you will need to convert it into HTML code. Here’s what the final URL should look like for ABC company:
https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2F ABC %2Freviews%2F
To create this link for your page, you can simply replace the characters in bold (i.e., ABC) with the business name listed on your Facebook account. To get this, you will have to go to your Facebook page and copy the URL after https://www.facebook.com/ from the address bar.
For example, the URL for Broadly’s Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/getbroadly .
Therefore, the review link for Broadly’s Facebook page will look like this:
https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2F getbroadly %2Freviews%2F
How to use a Facebook review link
Using a review link is very easy. All you need to do is share it with your customers. You can create a template to share it through email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or other marketing channels. Once the customers click on the link, they will be taken directly to your Facebook page’s review section.
How to embed Facebook review links
Once you have the review link, you can embed it on your website homepage or blog. This allows your customers to leave reviews without having to go to Facebook.
Here are the steps that you need to follow:
Step 1: Copy the HTML code of the review link and paste it into a text editor such as Microsoft Word or Notepad.
Step 2: Select the text where you want to embed the link, click on Ctrl/Command + K and copy the HTML code.

Fix Facebook broken link preview
(The steps below also apply if Facebook is showing the wrong link image thumbnail.)
Occasionally when sharing content on Facebook you’ll find that the link preview is broken like this:
Here are the steps to fix it:
1. Visit the Facebook debugger tool – https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
2. Paste in the problem link and click the Debug button. The debugger will return the info it has on the URL and likely include an error.
3. Click the Scrape Again button.
The debugger should now return more information about your site, and display a working preview of the link too. Go back to Facebook and share your link again. The link preview should now work as expected.
Why does this happen?
Occasionally when Facebook visits a site to grab the preview, it fails to do so correctly. Facebook caches whatever info it can grab about the URL (temporarily stores the info in memory). The next time the link is shared, Facebook uses the cached info and an incomplete or broken preview is displayed. The steps above tell Facebook to delete the cached info and visit the site again.
There are many reasons why Facebook can fail to generate a preview correctly, the most common reason being a temporary connectivity error (the path between Facebook and the site was blocked), or the site was temporarily unavailable (plugin error, in the midst of applying updates, etc).

Step 1: Create A Facebook Login URL
Customers can’t post a Facebook review for your business without logging in to Facebook first.
Most Facebook users will know how to log in if needed, but, again, we’re trying to make it as easy as possible by assisting customers through the process.
All this step requires is adding “/login” to the end of the Facebook homepage URL, so that it looks like this: https://www.facebook.com/login/.
Step 2: Modify The URL To Redirect Customers After Login
After the customer logs in, you want to make sure that the customer is taken to your Facebook Business page – not to the Facebook News Feed.
This ensures the customer won’t have to search for your business or enter your Facebook URL a second time.
To do this, add “?next=” to the end of the Facebook login URL made in step 1, so that it looks like this: https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=.
Step 3: Add Your Business Name To The URL
The final step is to add “https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fyourbusiness%2Freviews%2F” to the URL made in step 2.
However, you’ll need to replace “yourbusiness” with your business name as it reads in the URL of your Facebook page.
Once you have made the change and added it to the URL made in step 2, the final URL—your Facebook review link—should look like this (except with your business name): https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https://www.facebook.com/yourbusiness/reviews/.
How To Request A Review On Facebook
Creating your Facebook review link is only half the work, unfortunately. You’ll need to send the review link to customers, needless to say, but you’ll also need to use best practices for your review request to be effective.
This involves two things:
- Sending your Facebook review requests using the appropriate channels
- Including a message that encourages the customer to click the link to write a review
The key to creating an effective review request message is to be direct yet friendly while expressing why their feedback is valued.
You can send your review requests using email, SMS, and Facebook messages, but, in general, email is more recommended. Customer emails are easier to collect than phone numbers, and emails are less personal than Facebook messages.
How To Enable Facebook Reviews
It’s no good to send Facebook review request links to your customers if your reviews aren’t turned on. While Facebook reviews are enabled by default, it’s worth checking to make sure!
Thankfully, enabling Facebook reviews takes just five simple steps:
- Log in to your Facebook Business page
- Click on “Settings” (located at the top right-hand corner)
- Click on “Templates and Tabs” (located in the left-hand sidebar)
- Scroll down to “Show Reviews” (in the “Reviews” section) and click the toggle “On”
- Click “Save” to confirm the change
Remember: Facebook reviews are enabled by default. So if you find that your Facebook reviews are enabled (the toggle will be green/“On”), make sure not to change the setting.
How To Increase Engagement On Facebook

While links usually work on Facebook without a problem, the occasional glitch is inevitable. If one of your links is broken, the best course of action is to report it to the Facebook support page, where professional developers can view and fix the bug.
Determine where the broken link is located in Facebook -- on the Timeline, on a photo or elsewhere.
Click the downward-facing arrow in the upper right corner of your Facebook page, and select "Help." Click "Visit the Help Center" at the bottom of the drop-down menu to be redirected to Facebook's Help Center.
Click the link that says "Something's Not Working." Scroll down to the "Report a Broken Feature" section. Click it and then select the link in the list that most closely corresponds with the area where you found the broken link.

How to create a Facebook review link
Step 1: create a facebook login url.
Customers must log in to Facebook to post a review for your business. To simplify this process, create a Facebook login URL by adding "/login" to the end of the Facebook homepage URL. The URL should look like this: https://www.facebook.com/login/ .
Step 2: Modify the URL to redirect customers after logging in
After login, ensure customers are directed to your Facebook Business page, not the Facebook News Feed. This eliminates the need for customers to search for your business or re-enter your Facebook URL. To achieve this, add "?next=" to the end of the Facebook login URL created in step 1. The URL should appear as follows: https://www.facebook.com/login/?next= .
Step 3: add your business name to the URL
In the final step, enhance the URL created in step 2 by appending "https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fyourbusiness%2Freviews%2F" to it. However, remember to replace "your business" with your actual business name as it appears on your Facebook page's URL. With this change, the completed URL becomes your Facebook review link, structured like this (with your business name, of course): https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https://www.facebook.com/yourbusiness/reviews/ .

Steps to Create a Facebook Review Link
Unlike Google’s business listing and review platform, Google My Business (GMB), Facebook’s isn’t too straightforward where review links are concerned.
For example, most users will encounter an issue if they aren’t logged in and click on the review link. They will be directed to your Facebook Business Page, yes, but not the Reviews section. Instead, Facebook will ask them to log in first.
After doing so, one of two things may happen.
If users log in through the normal method, that is, by using the top-right login as pictured below in #1, this will redirect them to their Facebook feed where they can view status updates by friends and their connections. This will disconnect them from your page entirely, defeating the purpose of the link.
Using the “Log In” option at the bottom of the page, indicated by #2, will successfully redirect them to your page. But there’s a catch! It won’t take them to the reviews tab.
If you’re getting worried that this process sounds complicated on Facebook, don’t be! There are several third-party tools such as link generators you can find through a simple Google search that will help you create a direct review link.
Otherwise, you can learn how to build that link yourself. Knowing how to construct these links on your own can prove useful, especially if you decide to grow your business and expand into different brands/multiple groups of businesses in the long run.
Follow these three simple steps to build your own Facebook review link from your business page:
Building a link is easy. All you have to do is put yourself in your customer’s shoes and follow their journey to your review page.
The first thing you want is for your customer to log in through the homepage. After all, without logging in, your customer won’t be able to submit any reviews for your Business page.
The URL for the login page is: https://www.facebook.com/login/
Remember the challenge we discussed before, when your customer is redirected to their feed after logging in? To avoid that, Facebook has a neat little sequential system in place within their URLs.
You want Facebook to believe that after logging in, something else comes “next.” And what should that be? Redirecting to your page is the answer.
The URL we’re building to generate your direct link grows to include this: https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=
You might be thinking, “Hey, that’s pretty straightforward. I’ll just add in my Facebook Reviews page URL at the end, and we’re good to go!”
And while your logic is perfect, Facebook won’t accept this.
So, for example, if we’re linking to the reviews page of the local plumbing business pictured before, it shouldn’t look like this: https://www.facebook.com/login/?next= https://www.facebook.com/Overtime-Plumbing-109021667453537/reviews/
That, unfortunately, won’t work.
The special characters introduced after the “next” component in the URL must be in their corresponding HTML format. Doesn’t make sense? That’s alright.
They would have to look like this:
https://www.facebook.com/login/?next= https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FOvertime-Plumbing-109021667453537%2Freviews%2F
Do you see a pattern here? The colon and forward slash (i.e., “special characters”) have corresponding codes that you would have to replace them with to make the link work.
There you go. That’s how you build your own Facebook Review links!

How to Fix Broken Facebook Link Previews
Picture this: you’ve spent hours on your latest post and it’s looking gorgeous! Helpful information spilling out the seams, and great SEO to boot. Your next step is to share it with your loyal social followers. But uh-oh, somethings gone wrong!
Ever gone to share a post on Facebook, and your carefully crafted link looks a little off? Facebook doesn’t always play nicely, and it happens to the best of us. Sometimes, our links look a little weird. You might experience:
- No image displaying
- Image displaying at the incorrect ratio (portrait instead of landscape, vice versa)
- The WRONG image displaying
- Old or outdated snippet descriptions or titles
- Junky jargon that makes you look like spam!
You have to options – sit and wait with your fingers crossed, hoping Facebook figure it out on their own, or solve it yourself! Luckily, sorting out these bugs only takes a few quick steps and no techy know-how!
To get started, you’ll need to install Yoast on your WordPress blog . Then, you need to open the affected post in your back end. You’ll notice the Yoast section available just below the text edit field.
Click the ‘Share’ icon in the Yoast menu to open up the social media editing area.
This will bring up a panel where you can edit the titles and descriptions that appear on Facebook AND Twitter (toggle via the icons at the top), as well as fix any pesky image issues you’re having!
When uploading your new image, having it conform to Facebook’s recommended sizes will give you the best results. For portrait photos: 1200px tall X 630px wide For landscape photos: 630px tall by 1200px wide.
Make sure to hit ‘UPDATE’ on your post!
Next, you’ll need to run it through Facebook’s Debugging tool so they’re up to date with your latest changes. To get started, head here and enter the affected URL.
Funnily enough, as you can see above this post was actually displaying the wrong image! Facebook was pulling a ‘standard’ image associated with our site, instead of the featured image for this post.
All I had to do was upload the image into Yoast at the correct dimensions, scrape it with the debugger, and now the image appears in Facebook – making this link eye-catching and stand out from the surrounding text. AND I didn’t have to compromise between having an image on Facebook, or the featured image that appears at the top of this post & in our blogroll.

So you want to get more Facebook recommendations , huh? Whether you’re using a review generation tool like Starfish Reviews or sending a message on Facebook messenger, posting on Facebook, or sending out an email to all your clients or subscribers, it’s simple, right? You just send them to the reviews tab like this: https://www.facebook.com/StarfishWP/reviews/ , right?
Facebook’s Review Linking Problem
Not so fast! Unfortunately, Facebook hasn’t made it super simple as Google My Business has . If you send them a link like the example above, users who are logged out of Facebook won’t arrive at the right place! Check out what they’re going to see:
It’s confusing, right? Not only that, using either of those options will not take them back to your reviews page after they log in. Another Facebook failure…. ? Here’s where they will be taken:
- If they use the normal, top-right login (#1), they’ll just end up on their normal feed, with nothing to do with your page at all!
- If they use the “Log In” button at the bottom (#2), they’ll be taken to your page, but not the Reviews section, where you want them to be!
Outsmarting Facebook’s Issues
It turns out that Facebook does have a way to redirect people to wherever you want after login though. That means we can construct a URL that will redirect people to the reviews section of your Facebook page. This link works great for logged-in users and will take logged-out users to the right place as well, no matter which of the above login options they use.
It’s a little complicated, so we created two methods for you. For both methods, you’re going to need to know your page’s “slug,” aka the part of the URL that designates your page. To get your page’s “slug”, go to your page, look in the address bar of your browser and get the part that’s between two forward slashes: / following “facebook.com”.
Constructing the Facebook Recommendations Link
Method 1 – the easy way.

Hi Eric! We’ve had a few people report this. But it works every time we try it. You have to ensure you just enter the “slug” of your Facebook page’s URL. So based on the Facebook link in the footer of your website, you’d just put in “brockway.production”. If you do that, it’ll work. I already did it and will have it send you the resulting email. If you don’t see it, try checking your spam/junk. Thanks!

Hi Richard! The link should open in whatever is the default for Facebook links, on the device where the link is clicked/tapped. So for example, on my Android phone I have the Facebook Lite app. Android previously asked me if I wanted to open Facebook links in Chrome browser or in the Facebook Lite app. I told it the Facebook Lite app, so that’s now the default on my phone. If I tapped your link on my phone that’s where it would open. So this same link should work for any device, but it’s up to the user and the OS to decide if it gets opened in the app or browser. Does that make sense?
As of Nov 2020 on Android it will open in app. On iOS browser will open and user needs to log into FB in the browser.

You will get SuperMan Mega Bonus Points if you happen to know of a way to modify the URL link format you recommended so it also forces “Most Recent” reviews to display first by default rather than the current and only apparent default “Most Helpful.” I’ve looked everywhere but can’t seem to find anything on it in terms of a special parameter or way to manage it in Facebook page settings. For record, its not that the review that shows up in “most helpful” is negative, but rather this issue is its in Spanish and from a vendor in Spain not a customer (which are primarily based in North America). More importantly, with “Most Helpful” as the default it only shows a review or two I think instead of the full list. Whereas, most recent shows them all and chronologically. Thanks again for the article and thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

I looked into selecting the Most Recent tab as you’re hoping for. I’m not sure it’s possible. It appears that Facebook controls those through Javascript, as they don’t actually link anywhere in the HTML. So unfortunately, I’m not sure there’s much we can do, unless there’s some way to control the aria-selected state in the URL. But I’m not aware of anything like that.
Make the process as easy as possible. Whether you’re emailing customers directly or asking for their reviews with a call-to-action on your website, the most important thing is to make the process super simple for your customer. Provide the link to your Facebook page, and give clear directions on how to leave a review.

Thank you for this link build. What I’m finding with this link is that the user is taken to the reviews section of my page but there is no button for them to actually review my business. The only way to get them there is to take them to the actual Yes / No boxes option that seems to only appear in the Feed of my business’ home page. And the only way to get them there is to just link them to the business homepage and give them directions to scroll and click yes. This is not as effective as a direct link to that yes button. When I try that – it doesn’t work. What am I missing?
Hi JoAnne, this is a great question! The problem is that you can’t see the Recommendation box when you view your own page’s Reviews tab. You can’t recommend your own business/product/etc so Facebook doesn’t give you the option if you’re an admin on the page. But others will see a box that says “Do you recommend [page name here]?” Followed by a “Yes” and “No” button. If they click either of those, they’ll be prompted for more information to leave their recommendation and review. But this isn’t as visible (have to scroll usually) on the main page as it is on the Reviews tab, where our generator’s link will take people.

Living in a New York City studio apartment, I can't imagine lugging around or storing even the best upright vacuum . When looking for a vacuum, I needed something compact, capable of multiple floor surfaces, easy to maneuver in tight spaces, and cordless. The Tineco S10 ZT Smart Cordless Vacuum fit my needs on paper, and I was curious to see how it would perform among the best vacuums .
The Tineco S10 ZT is a great starter vacuum for small homes and apartments. It automatically adjusts suction strength based on a dirt detector to easily move from carpet to bare floors and has a flexible brush head that swivels around corners. This exclusive-to-Walmart model costs under $200, making it an affordable option that doesn't compromise on power or features. Though it's a little awkward as a hand vacuum, I loved the versatility and attachments.
The Tineco ST ZT is a reliable and versatile cordless vacuum for small homes and apartments. It comes with crevice and dusting tools and automatically adjusts suction strength based on a dirt detection system.

The vacuum comes with a wall mount for storage, which also functions as a charging station. I didn't use this setup because I didn't want to nail anything to my walls as a renter, but the installation instructions were simple: screw the mount into the wall with included nails, clip the accessory bracket to the dock, and feed the charging plug and cord through the back of the mount.
The battery needs to be charged for four hours before use, so I left it plugged in overnight. It's simple to remove the battery to plug it in, but I can see that a mounted charging station would create a seamless routine. Use the vacuum, slot it into the charging mount, and forget about it until the next mess. For me, I plugged the charger into an available outlet and rest the battery on the floor.
One thing I really like about the design is that the bin's back and handle are flat. I could easily prop it against the wall or in a corner, as opposed to vacuums with bulky, rounded handles. As a hand vacuum, it sits on the flat base of the handle instead of just lying on the floor.
Ease of use
There is a trigger mechanism on the handle that turns on the vacuum, but to keep it running, you have to switch on a lever right underneath the trigger. Otherwise, you have to hold down the trigger or just get one quick burst of suction. I didn't love this element because it adds an unnecessary step; I'd rather have a simple on/off switch.
The LED lights on the brush head are like spotlights for dirt and dust. I'm a little embarrassed every time it reveals a neglected corner, but I'm more grateful that it helps me achieve a thorough clean.
The attachments work with the full-size and hand vacuum setups, but since the base is so heavy (nearly 4 pounds), it feels unbalanced as a handheld vacuum. While this doesn't affect performance, it does speak to my main issue with this vacuum: the weight. It's much easier to maneuver than any upright vacuum, but my arm got tired pretty quickly while using it.

I had no complaints with the Tineco's performance. When it came to small particles, like flour, sugar, and salt, the S10 ZT had no trouble on hardwood floors or carpets. I spilled a pile of kosher salt on the edge of my area rug, and in just two passes, the mess was gone from the carpeted and wood surfaces.
On my kitchen floor, cereal pieces and a larger sugar clump stymied the Tineco. Oddly enough, the vacuum had no problem with the same particles on the carpet. My theory is that the issue is not one of power but of height. There is barely any clearance between the brush head and the floor when it's flat, sort of like a seal, which makes it hard to pick up larger particles on a flat surface. On a carpet, the brush is slightly elevated by the pile, so it has more space to go over the larger pieces.
I have long hair that ends up everywhere, and it's a relief how easily the Tineco cleaned it up. I didn't notice any tangles around the brush roll, even after a month of testing. However, the hair did wrap around the pre-filter in the dust bin which means you either have to reach in and tug on it to release or remove the mesh filter and pre-filter to wash and dry.
The S10 ZT has "self-optimizing power," which means it automatically adjusts the strength of suction based on a sensor reading the surface type and amount of debris. The feature simplifies the task of moving from carpet to hardwood to tile. The AUTO/MAX button allows you to activate the more powerful suction manually, but the battery life drops to 10 minutes when in MAX mode.
The dust bin capacity is large enough to avoid frequent emptyings unless you're sweeping up major messes. It's well integrated into the handle, attached by one press-lock button. The lock is stiff; I love the security, but I found it a little surprising when it does swing the bin open, so just make sure you're already over the garbage when you press it.
The only issue I encountered with the dust bin was hair winding and tangling around the core that holds the pre-filter. I had to reach it and yank to get it off.
The Tineco uses two filters: a pre-filter to catch larger particles and a HEPA filter to prevent dust and dirt particles from entering the air while cleaning. Both filters are washable. Tineco recommends wiping down the pre-filter with a damp cloth once a month and totally replacing it every six months. The HEPA filter lasts for a year and needs to be rinsed with cool water once every three months.
The Tineco S10 ZT is a top-heavy vacuum. It's easy to maneuver, and the attachments are lightweight, but the top half with the battery, LED screen, dustbin, and handle weighs almost 4 pounds, and the vacuum itself weighs over 10 pounds when fully assembled.
The 40-minute battery life is average in the world of cordless vacuums. For my 500-square-foot studio apartment, 40 minutes was enough, but I wouldn't recommend the S10 ZT for long-haul vacuuming. Plus, if you use the MAX suction mode, the runtime is only 10 minutes.
The Tineco GO Flex Stick Vacuum has similar specs to the Z10, but features a FlexTube design that allows you to vacuum further under low furniture without bending down. We also like the Shark Vertex DuoClean Cordless Vacuum . During our testing for the best cordless vacuums, it was the top performer and the only one to pick up whole Cheerios. It has different settings for hardwood and carpet, though it's best for low- to medium-pile rugs. Our favorite feature is that it can bend at a flexible hose elbow, which allows you to get further under low furniture.
As a $200 cordless vac, I'm satisfied with the Tineco S10 ZT. The suction power can handle the most common messes, from spilled sugar to general dust and debris. It's not as lightweight as I expected and feels unbalanced as a hand vac, but I can accept that con in the face of all the pros.

‘Our hearts are broken’: Brookside chef gunned down while taking out trash at Brady & Fox
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police in Kansas City are investigating the shooting death of a well-known chef in the Brookside area, Shaun Brady.
44-year-old Brady was gunned down in the parking lot of his establishment in the area of 63rd Street and Rockhill Road.
Brady is the chef and owner of the popular Irish Brookside eatery, Brady’s KC , more widely referred to as Brady & Fox located a block west of Troost Avenue.
Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas expressed his sorrows on social media early Thursday. He acknowledged staffing shortages at the Kansas City police department and the need, he says, to return to a policy of arresting all criminal state law and ordinance violations. He also says Kansas City needs to expand its detention capacity.

A call to the area for a shooting was reported to the Kansas City Missouri Police Department just after 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, August 28. When officers arrived, they found Brady in the back parking lot. He was suffering from gunshot wounds and life-saving measures were performed by officers.
Eventually, Brady was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
KCPD said a preliminary investigation confirmed Brady was taking out trash when he saw multiple people by a vehicle. Shortly after interacting with the group, he was shot.
Detectives Wednesday night were talking to several witnesses and reviewing available surveillance footage.
Brady & Fox released a statement to its patrons on social media in part saying, “There are no words to express our sadness, anger and frustration... Together we are united. Together we will grieve. Together we will heal.”

Same with me it happened since the last update and I couldn't get any of my reviews on mobile. When I try to send my customers the /review link from the browser as a workaround the link is always broken on mobile. I abhor this page conversion update, it's easily the most regretful thing I did to my business.
However, another link from your ad may have a 25% failure rate. Each link within an ad can be failing for a different reason. It generally takes up to 2 days from the time a link failure is resolved to when the link failure(s) warning disappears. Sometimes, like in the case of a temporary server failure, a link failure may resolve itself.
