Ceremony of thesis display held at PIFD
This year 248 students are displaying their Final Year Projects/ Thesis from all seven departments of the Institute. The inaugural ceremony of Thesis Display 2022 held on 21stAugust 2022 at Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) premises, Johar Town, Lahore. Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister of Education and Professional Training/Pro-Chancellor PIFD. Vice Chancellor PIFD, Professor Ms. Hina Tayyaba Khalil presented souvenir to the Chief Guest.
The students have put an untiring effort under the guidance of faculty. Their projects are diverse in nature and not only capture the essence of academic program but also realities of the corporate world. Most of the students’ projects/ products have been prepared / developed by them keeping in mind the consumer and the industry requirements.

PIFD Thesis Display enters in to a second day
The Thesis Display 2023 at Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) entered into a second day on June 17. The unique products displayed by the PIFD students are attracting a huge number of gathering on a daily basis. The exhibition shall continue till June 25. Meanwhile, a delegation headed by the Vice Chancellor, Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur, Prof. Dr. Engr. Zahid Hussain Khand visited the exhibition on its second day. He appreciated the artistic skills of the PIFD students.
Ms. Wajiha Akram, Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training visits PIFD.
